Welcome to SakhiHub. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the SakhiHub website and workforce management SaaS platform. By accessing the platform, registering, or managing operational workflows, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.
01Platform Scope & Usage
SakhiHub is a SaaS-based operational workforce and campaign coordination platform. It is designed to assist administrators, vendors, sub-vendors, field staff, and members in managing team structure data, tracking field logistics, and verifying campaigns. The platform is strictly NOT a financial return scheme, referral earning system, multi-level marketing (MLM) platform, or investment network.
- Users must provide authentic information and verified government-issued identity documents.
- Account security and the confidentiality of login credentials are the sole responsibility of the user.
- SakhiHub reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts in the event of policy violations or unauthorized activity.
02Role & Team Structure Obligations
Vendors & Sub-Vendors
Responsible for managing local campaign coordinators, maintaining team structure data, and verifying the completion of field operations.
Field Staff (Employees)
Responsible for conducting ground-level campaigns, logging operational activity, and verifying member credentials inside the dashboard.
03Campaign Participation & Verification
Participation in health awareness, hygiene, and field campaigns is subject to operational approvals. Vendors may be required to pay a campaign participation fee or vendor activation fee to cover material distribution and dashboard onboarding. All campaign metrics must be logged honestly in real-time.
04Payment Terms & Activation Fees
All payments, including campaign participation fees and platform activation charges, are processed through secure Indian payment gateways. These payments are operational processing charges and are governed under the platform's Refund Policy.
05Prohibited Activities & Misuse
Platform users are strictly prohibited from the following actions:
- Falsifying identity data, uploading forged government-issued identity documents, or manipulating campaign logs.
- Collecting unauthorized fees, cash payments, or charges outside the official system.
- Engaging in activities that defame, harass, or disrupt local communities or platform security.
- Attempting to bypass the operational team structure verification or validation systems.
06Limitation of Liability
SakhiHub provides workforce coordination tools and is not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental operational losses or community disputes. Users agree to indemnify and hold SakhiHub harmless from any liabilities, claims, or expenses arising from their breach of these Terms or ground-level campaign execution.
